OVERVIEW
THE ADDERLEY SCHOOL FOUNDATION helps children discover and develop their unique talents so that they may realize their potential onstage and in life. The Foundation was born out of Founder Janet Adderley’s dream to bring the proven ADDERLEY Method — a unique and empowering approach to musical theatre training and performance — to children who might not otherwise have access to high-quality arts enrichment programs. Honed over 30 years, the ADDERLEY Method ensures every student benefits from one-on-one mentorship and has a personal moment to shine!
The Foundation believes all children should have access to this life-changing, confidence-expanding opportunity and is committed to bringing the proven ADDERLEY Method to as many students as possible regardless of their ability to pay.
Programs
TASF expands access to ADDERLEY programs. We:
provide scholarships to ADDERLEY classes
teach low or no-cost classes in underresourced communities
train underrepresented dancers, vocalists, and actors in teaching the ADDERLEY Method
offer a Conservatory program that would be out of reach for most students if the Foundation could not help cover production costs
